The Chef

Our team offer a contemporary, instinctive cuisine with Mediterranean accents.
On the strength of his experience with the greatest chefs, he is at the helm to make each of your dishes an unforgettable gastronomic experience based on the search for flavours and respect for the products.

He takes the Carabineros Red Prawns to another level as they share the ‘slate’ with sweetbreads smoked over the cuttings from our own vines, and many other delicious creations.
